About the Role

We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Senior Design Consultant to lead the visual identity and design output of a fast-growing management consulting business.

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role, ideal for an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys transforming complex business content into compelling, executive-level deliverables.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, producing high-quality client-facing materials, and driving the adoption of AI-enabled design practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity

• Own, maintain, and evolve the firm's visual identity and design standards.

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and reusable design assets.

• Ensure consistent branding across proposals, presentations, reports, marketing collateral, and internal communications.

Design Delivery

• Produce high-quality client-facing presentations, proposals, reports, and marketing materials.

• Transform draft content into polished executive-level deliverables under tight deadlines.

• Create infographics, visual frameworks, icons, and presentation assets that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Build scalable templates and design libraries to improve efficiency and consistency across the business.

AI-Enabled Design

• Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, improve turnaround times, and increase productivity.

• Generate and edit imagery using AI while maintaining high design standards.

• Develop reusable AI-driven design assets and workflows that support scalable content creation.

• Champion innovative design practices and continuously explore emerging AI capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with senior consultants and business leaders to translate strategic concepts into engaging visual communications.

• Provide design guidance and ensure high-quality output across multiple concurrent projects.

• Support cross-functional initiatives with creative input where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional graphic or visual design role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality corporate, consulting, or professional services design work.

• Advanced proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

• Figma

• Microsoft PowerPoint

• Proven experience developing and maintaining corporate brand identities and design systems.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.

• Experience producing executive presentations, proposals, reports, and marketing collateral.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within management consulting, professional services, financial services, or corporate environments.

• Strong understanding of executive communication and presentation design.

• Experience using AI-powered design tools and workflows for image generation, asset creation, and productivity enhancement.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
