The Role

We are looking for an Analyst to join our growing consulting team in Abu Dhabi.

You will support client engagements through research, data analysis, benchmarking, financial analysis and the preparation of client presentations and reports. Working alongside Consultants, Managers and Directors, you will take ownership of defined pieces of work and develop them from initial brief through to a high-quality first draft.

AI is embedded into how we work, and you will be expected to use AI tools confidently and responsibly across research, analysis and drafting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, sector, policy and competitor research across the UAE, GCC and international markets.

• Perform benchmarking, quantitative analysis and financial analysis to support feasibility studies, business cases and operating model engagements.

• Build and support Excel models, including cost build-ups and scenario comparisons.

• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports and client-ready analysis.

• Verify data, maintain clear sources and ensure accuracy across deliverables.

• Support client meetings, workshops and interviews, including minutes and action tracking.

• Maintain project trackers, risk registers and engagement documentation.

• Use AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of research, analysis and drafting.

• Contribute to internal knowledge, templates, AI workflows and best practices.

• Support proposals, tenders and business development through market research, credentials and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, investment research or a related professional environment; relevant internships will be considered.

• Understanding of strategy frameworks and business analysis techniques.

• Knowledge of core financial concepts, including financial statements, cash flow, NPV and IRR.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot for research, analysis and drafting.

• Awareness of the UAE and GCC economic and government environment is advantageous.

• Arabic language skills and experience with Power BI or Power Automate are advantageous.
