We are seeking a Junior Investment Administrator to support fund accounting, investment administration and investor transactions within an ADGM environment.

The successful candidate will have solid experience across fund accounting, fund administration, audit and Limited Partner (LP) transactions, with good knowledge of investment fund structures and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day fund and investment administration activities.

• Prepare and review fund accounting, NAV calculations, reconciliations and financial reports.

• Process LP transactions, including capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions.

• Maintain accurate investor records and fund documentation.

• Support periodic and year-end financial reporting.

• Coordinate with auditors, fund administrators, banks, custodians and other service providers.

• Assist with annual audits and respond to audit requirements.

• Ensure activities are completed in line with ADGM and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records, controls and supporting documentation.

• Support improvements to fund administration and investment operations processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7–10 years of relevant experience within fund administration, investment operations, asset management, private equity or a related environment.

• Strong experience in fund accounting and fund administration.

• Experience with LP transactions, capital calls, distributions and investor administration.

• Good understanding of audit, financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

• Experience working within the ADGM regulatory environment.

• Big 4 training or previous Big 4 experience is preferred.

• Strong Excel, analytical and numerical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
